How to get rid of running nose without medicine?

Running nose, stuffy nose and nasal congestion could be verry annoying. Unfortunately I'm one of those who are suffering from stuffy and runny nose because of the warm wheather. Even the frequent wiping leaves a scratch feeling on my nose plus the difficulty to breathe when they're already clogged. Annoying, right?
I was browsing the other day finding some immediate relief for this problem and found out that there's a simple massage technique that relieves nasal congestion fast and effectively.

Just apply pressure doing 10 circular movement on four massage points using your forefingers.
  • On the cavity at the corner of the nostrils. Use both your forefingers making sure that you open and close the nostrils during the massage.
  • Both sides of your nose below the corner of your eyes.
  • Behind the ears
  • On the earlobes - where we usually place the earrings.
Repeat these steps 3 times.
Hope it works well with you too. But don't just rely on it. Drinking lots of fluid and eating fruits rich in vitamin C should always be in your list too.  Whenever you ran out of medicines there's always an easy remedy to relieve that running nose. Say goodbye to it in a jiffy!

How To Avoid Heat Stroke

Baguio, Philippines used to be the coolest place in Philippines but I heard the news today that it was reported to have had a 29 degree temperature – the warmest to date. Unfortunately I am near Manila and I'm one of those people sweating and suffering from a 35 degree temperature. The fact that the rotating brown outs are still ongoing possibilities of heat stroke attacks are increasing. It isn't just a simple stroke because if ignored it could be life threatening so I listed some help to avoid the summer killing stroke.

  • What to wear during summer? Keep it light and loose.  Wear comfortable clothes to minimize sweating. You might not want to look bathed in your own oil sweating all over when wearing jackets and the like during summer. Light colored clothes are better than dark ones because darker colors absorb the heat and sunlight more and make you feel hotter.

  • Always have yourself a bottled water in handy. In case you get trapped in an elevator or what not, you have one in a jiffy. Excessive sweating can lead to dehydration so keep yourself hydrated at all times. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday and even if you're not thirsty.

  • Avoid staying under the sun between 10 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. Being expose too much under the sun can raise the body's temperature enough to cause heat exhaustion. If this is left untreated it could yield to heat stroke.

  • Add a liitle salt than usual on your meals. I have read in some article that salt can aid to retain water.

Justin Timberlake, Timbaland and Jojo live concert at Manila Philipppines

I met them all in flesh. Rap, hip hop, pop and rnb, what more could you ask for?

I just want to share my experience during this big night at Mall of Asia here in Manila. Come to think of it we arrive at past 9 and we thought we're even late because of the traffic. Anyway we're just lucky to arrive and be in the mosh pit VIP area where we can see Timbaland, JT and Jojo at a clearer view, not to mention seeing other Filipino celebrities passing through (grin). We came just right on time. Timbaland's crew and other dj were just setting up their mixers, mic and other stuff. Whew! I thought I missed a lot.

It was fun when the music started. The crowd is screaming and jumping with excitement. I am dancing of course, enjoying every beat. Someone beside me was yelling for Justin to come out when it was still Timbaland on stage. I love all the music he created even though I'm not really a big fan. The beats made us jumping, waving and dancing all night.  They played songs But well after watching his concert me and my hubby became his fan.

Jojo sang one of my favorite, Little Too Late. Well it was just one solo song and another with Timbaland. She doesn't look like a cute kid I used to see on her old mtvs. Jojo looks hot and mature in her red dress on stage. How I wished she sang Weak too.

Then there came Justin and oh my gosh everyone was like being charged back again! Timbaland's songs were really exhausting but when JT arrives, wow, people were like charged with new batteries, alive and kicking! I love it when he played the keyboard with What Goes Around. The crowd went wild when he sang Sexy Back and do his moves on stage.

It was really a tiry night ended at around 2 in the morning I guess. Oh I remember I missed out dinner that night, but oh well missing a dinner for JT and Timbaland was worth it. :)
